2007 was the kick-off year for Strata management to look into "Lean Manufacturing" opportunities. Always on the lookout for ways to grow our manufacturing expertise & capacity, we found several manufacturers and educators who were willing to help us understand whether the "Toyota Manufacturing" concept could apply to the Architectural Woodwork Industry. With the encouragement of several non-automotive manufacturers, our local MTech trainers, and top management at Strata, we embarked on our journey.
