Customer service is a relationship that begins at the first handshake. Customer service defines the entire team at Strata Design.

Our engineers and designers work with you to determine the optimum solution for your space, budget, and other unique considerations. Even as work begins, you are kept "in the loop." Open communication means that you'll get just what you expect, and exactly what works for you.

Our Project Managers coordinate with your jobsite staff or installation contractor to ensure a successful installation. If Strata Design provides the installation services, we coordinate with your field management and related trades. And yes, we vacuum before we leave!

Even after installation is complete, Strata Design staff will be there for you. We will continue to work with your facilities team to clarify maintenance needs, to ensure the long life of Strata products.

All installations are covered by our One-Year Limited Waranty. The Strata Warranty, which you will receive with your finished project, is complete and detailed.
