We are proud to have one of the best safety records in our industry, with an EMR rating of 0.58.

In our plant and at the worksite, safety always comes first. Our safety procedures are detailed in writing to all employees. We review our processes and procedures regularly with our employees, often with the assistance of qualified safety consultants.

Strata Design staff attend jobsite safety meetings when working at your jobsite. This commitment to adhering to known safety requirements keeps our workforce, as well as your staff and customers, protected from injury during the duration of the project.

In addition to safety awareness, Strata Design strictly enforces a published drug policy. We will not tolerate personal habits of individuals that put co-workers' safety, health and livelihood at risk.
