This year we decided to select an Employee of the Month. During the 1st standup meeting of the month we announce the winner to the company, put their name on a plaque and award them with an extra day of paid time off. There is a serious nomination process each month that consist of a manager/supervisor from each department, the head of HR and the General Manager. Here are the winners for the 2nd quarter of 2022:

Meet Marshall. He works in our solid surface area. He sands solid surface countertops to make them beautiful for Hospitals and Schools. He coordinates our Lean 5s initiatives and reports them out weekly. Marshall is willing to help out in any area that is needed. His positive attitude is contagious and he has been a great addition to our team since he join us in Nov 2019.

Here is our June winner. Jim is very valuable as he wears many hats at Strata Design. From our in house Tech guru to managing projects if you have a question he is your guy. He has been instrumental in getting Innergy, our new ERP system, up and running. He is very dedicated and will do what it takes to get his job done and done right.
