3rd Quarter Employees of the Month

Check out our Employees of the month for the 3rd Quarter. There is a serious nomination process each month that consist of a manager/supervisor from each department, the head of HR and the General Manager. During the 1st standup meeting of the month we announce the winner to the company, put their name on a plaque and award them with an extra day of paid time off. Here are the winners for the 3rd quarter of 2022:

Mike works in our solid surface department. He builds solid surface countertops that are installed in Hospitals and Schools. We had a tremendous amount of counter tops that left our facility this summer he stepped up and made it happen. Enjoy your extra day of PTO you deserve it!

Our August winner in Ryan, who works in our machining department. He operates the saw that cuts laminated pieces that we use to assemble cabinets for Hospitals and Schools. He also keeps the machines in good shape so we can keep the parts flowing through the shop. Ryan has been a big asset to our team since joining us in Aug 2018.

Congratulations Emmet for being the Employee of the Month for September. Emmet applies endless edge banding to laminated boards which are then assembled to make our finished product. These cabinets are then shipped to our customers. Thank you for being an integral part of this process. Your attention to details is very important.
